Comfrey Muscle Ache Salve

This Comfrey and Plantain Infused Salve is great for those inflamed muscles and achy joints.  Traditional healers used Comfrey to reduce inflammation around muscles and joints while Plantain historically was used for wounds and also for pain relief. This duo has been mildly scented with the earthy scent of Basil.  Basil is a soothing oil that was once used for headache relief and skin injuries.  

To use: Rub liberally on sore areas and wash hands.
