This is the SPICIER of my two "fire cider" recipes. This one is great for opening up sinuses, supporting your immune system, and stimulating digestion. However, it also has some root herbs with a long history of aiding with respiratory distress making this a great tonic to take during cold and flu season. This spicy and sweet daily dose of wellness works to reduce inflammation in the body while supporting respiratory health. Enjoy as is or add to salad dressings, marinades, soups or as a delicious healthy component to your favorite food preparations.
All organic ingredients: apple cider vinegar, raw local honey, onion, garlic, astragalus root, ginger root, orange peel, turmeric root, and chili pepper flakes.
Directions: Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening. Take 1-2 tbsp. daily.
